Salary: £11 - £13 Per Hour GBP
Contract: 6 weeks minimum

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working exclusively with an NHS Trust in South Yorkshire to recruit a HR Systems Administrator on an interim basis for an initial 6 weeks, with the possibility of it being extended.

This role will initially be in office and requires someone with previous HR and NHS experience.

Duties;

  • To maintain systems and records including full user lists, audit trails, coding manuals and evidence of quality checks.
  • To provide expertise on regular audits of HR data and use appropriate centrally generated reports to support data quality
  • To be able to use KPIs to for data management purposes through the use of the ESR system 
  • To produce reports detailing non recurrent data from the ESR and roster systems as required.
  • To liaise with the payroll to resolve queries relating to overtime and enhancement payments

The Person;

  • Substantial experience in HR roles and within the NHS, including
  • Ability to use systems such as ESR or similar
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels using e-mail, telephone, or face to face
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues with tact
  • Attention to detail and able to see tasks through to completion
  • Flexible, self-motivated, team worker - outgoing and resourceful
