Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a HL7 Interface Developer to join an expanding organisation in Cheshire. The role is an interim position, around 3 months initially in length.

The Role:

• Design, develop, and test HL7 interfaces and feeds, including message types such as ADT, ORM, ORU, MDM, and SIU
• Utilise in-depth knowledge of Trust Integration Engines (TIEs) to document HL7 v2.x messages, including processes, threads, schemas, and any deployed variants
• Conduct thorough testing of interfaces to minimise the risk of message translation/transmission failures
• Capture and document all data mapping between systems, addressing any inconsistencies in coded values or message addresses
• Update HL7 technical documentation following any structural changes to interfaces or messaging systems

The Person:

• Strong experience in HL7 interface design, development, and testing
• Experience working with Cloverleaf Trust Integration Engines (TIE)
• Experience in peer reviewing and validating code and interface developments
• Knowledge of best practices and standards for system development methodologies
