Interim Head of Finance | Social Housing | North West  | Largely Remote Working

Castlefield Recruitment are partnering with a Housing Association in the North West in order to recruit a Head of Finance on an interim basis. Working closely with the Director of Finance, the organisation requires both operational and strategic Finance support with a keen emphasis on Treasury, Development and long term Business Planning.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Leading and managing business planning and treasury management for the association
  • Overseeing operations including cash management and banking, loan portfolio management including Loan Covenant monitoring and reporting
  • Treasury related risk management and Development Accounting and reporting
  • Management of the 30 year business plan using Brixx
  • Managing the submission of any relevant regulatory returns 


The person;

  • Professionally qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CIPFA) 
  • Social Housing experience is essential
  • Experience using Brixx is essential
  • Immediately available for next contract
