The organisation: Empower Housing – Maintenance Team Supervisor
Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to have been exclusively engaged by Empower Housing Association to support them with the recruitment of a Maintenance Team Supervisor. This is newly created role as part of a pro-active and positive review of their operations to ensure they have the right resources and skills to deliver the best possible services to tenants and meet regulatory and legal requirements.
Empower Housing Association (EHA) was founded in 2003, to provide specialist housing for adults with disabilities enabling them to live independently within their community. EHA work collaboratively with families, Local Authorities and other key stakeholders, to find the right home for their tenants. Currently, EHA provide housing to over 450 tenants.
Their colleagues are key to their success and growth, with an overall colleague satisfaction rate of 88%.
