Neighbourhood Officer – Housing Association – About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association in Liverpool who are looking to appoint a Neighbourhood Officer up until January 2024. This role offers £20.03 per hour via umbrella on a 37 hour contract per week.

Neighbourhood Officer – Housing Association – About The Role:

  • You will be responsible for undertaking tenancy visits and completing property inspections as part of the project in dealing with damp and mould or disrepair cases.
  • You will be required to complete tenant census surveys.
  • You will also be responsible in identifying any safeguarding concerns or environmental issues when out on site.
  • This role will be predominantly field based with an option to come in the office as and when needed.

Neighbourhood Officer – Housing Association – What You Need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • The skillset to manage relationships with tenants including challenging non-compliance
  • Experience of managing housing stock and a good knowledge of housing legislation
