Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Neighbourhood Team Leader for a housing association based in Merseyside. The role is on an initial temporary contract until 31^st March 2024, paying £23.90 per hour.

The role:

• Ensure that the neighbourhoods team delivers a high quality service to tenants
• Manage a team of Neighbourhood Officers, Tenancy Compliance Officers, and Trainee Tenancy Officers
• Set, monitor and manage and report on team targets and individual targets for performance and effectiveness, identifying any risks that arise
• Provide support and guidance to your team in housing management, policy, procedures, legal frameworks and business data
• Lead on liaising with other teams to improve the performance of your team’s caseloads, customer service and property portfolio

The person:

• Experience of leading a team within housing management
