Operations Manger (Clearing), Bath, £20 - £28 p/h (Monday – Friday), 6 Months

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Operations Manager (Cleaning) to join a large Public Sector organisation in Bath for a 6-month assignment (with a strong possibility of extension).

Role:

• Possess a significant amount of statutory compliance knowledge and strategic leadership whilst maintaining a close focus on the financial budget and specialist Facilities requirements

• Will be responsible for devising, co-ordinating and managing programmes of work in a timely and effective manner

• Successful candidate will help define the role requirements/specifics for the permanent position

• Responsible for the effective delivery of the National Cleaning Standards

• 2 x Direct reports (Day and Night Assistant Managers)

• Client looking for someone with a ‘problem solve’ mindset, take ownership and encourage accountability

• Positively deliver change at pace, whilst ensuring service delivery is not negatively impacted

• Ensure the Team are aligned and but in to the Visions and Values of the Trust

• Set tone for an inclusive and positive culture whereby ‘Everyone Matter’
