This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly skilled Orthopaedic Theatres Lead to join a prestigious state-of-the-art Day Surgery Centre. This role offers the chance to work in a modern, dynamic surgical environment where excellence in patient care is at the heart of everything we do. The Surgery Centre includes 3 laminar flow theatres,12 ensuite patient pods and 3 step-up pods.
As an expert in orthopaedic theatre services, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, and contributing to the continued success of our outstanding surgical unit. In this role, you will act as a clinical leader and mentor, driving excellence in theatre operations and surgical care. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless preparation and execution of surgical procedures, as well as maintaining the highest levels of patient safety and care.
