Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be working with a progressive and highly growing organisation based in Leicester. They offer a flexible working from home policy and free parking is available onsite.  

Duties;

  • Deal with employee queries including rectification work efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Update employee / scheme data in relevant systems and maintain accurate records
  • Reconcile monthly pension contribution and/or benefit data files against payroll reports and process them electronically via secure email systems or direct web portal uploads
  • Liaise with third party benefit and pension providers as necessary for the performance of role tasks
  • Contribute to the process improvements at all levels to increase the efficiency and quality of all aspects of the Pensions & Benefits team
  • Support the team with general pensions and employee benefits administration  

The successful candidate;

  • Previous experience of working in a HR, Payroll or Pensions team previously
  • Hold strong communication skills with the ability to work with multiple key stakeholders
