Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 GBP

Client:

 

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Public sector organisation in Leeds to recruit for an exciting Personal Assistant role.

They are looking for a driven and organised individual who is determined to progress and develop their skills.

 

The organisation allows for a hybrid working policy after the initial on-site period along with a fantastic benefits package that includes

 

Duties:

 

  • Undertake secretarial duties such as filing, note taking, word processing, photocopying and faxing
  • Diary management for the SMT
  • Assist in the recruitment process and administration (including departmental and orientation programme/s)
  • If appropriate, to manage secretarial and clerical staff on a day to day basis including appraisal, absence management/return to work interviews and identification of training needs

 

Person:

 

  • Strong typing/ Administration experience is essential
  • Experience within a PA role previously would be preferrable 
  • Have the ability to communicate with a range of internal staff
