Procurement Officer | Leicester| Permanent | £36,996-£40,950 | Hybrid

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a public sector organisation in Leicester, to recruit a Procurement Officer on a permanent basis.

This organisation operates a hybrid working policy; with the requirement to be onsite 2-3 days per week.

As Procurement Officer, the individual will carry out procurement activities, including drafting of specifications, advertising contract opportunities and preparing recommendations and contractual documents.

  • Offer guidance on procurement procedures and contract management

  • Collaborating with the wider Procurement team

The Individual:

  • Ideally suited to a candidate with experience in the Public or Private sector
  • Procurement experience is essential
  • CIPS Level 5 is preferred
