Salary: £200 - £220 Per Day GBP
Contract: 24 months

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on a long term interim basis for a large NHS organisation in West Yorkshire. This will be for an initial 24 months, however could be extended. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a key clinical project from start to finish, working closely with and engaging both clinical and non-clinical staff/management teams.

Role:

  • Responsible for planning, development and monitoring a clinical project
  • To develop reports on complex transformation and change issues
  • Liaise with staff to support delivery of the project portfolio
  • Work closely with clinicians and engaging with wider project teams
  • Accountable for monitoring and reviewing expenditure
  • Negotiate project resources and developing the patient experience
  • Responsible for reporting project progress
  • Develop business cases and provide the governance framework prior to an OJEU process

Person

  • Previous experience within a similar clinical/health project management role is essential
  • Change management experience is also important
  • Require excellent communication skills and confidence to challenge difficult stakeholders
