Project Support Officer, Southport, 12 Months (£12.50 - £15.00 p/hour)

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for an interim Project Support Officer to join a public sector organisation in Southport for an initial 12-month assignment (with likelihood of extension).

Role:

This is a key role in the Capital Department, with responsibility for providing admin support to the Team.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Dealing with Telephone enquiries
  • Dealing with a variety of documents e.g., letters, minutes, presentations, emails and reports
  • Possess the ability to use initiative and judgement to a high degree and work autonomously whilst seeking advice when necessary
  • Track department expenditure
  • Provide admin support to areas which will include administrative and clerical tasks
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
  • Check, record and pass all payments, invoices and professional fee accounts

Person:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within an administration position
