Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a National Housing Association who are looking to recruit a permanent Property Surveyor to cover their North London patch. This role offers up to £55,000 - £60,000 per annum including car allowance.
Property Surveyor – Housing Association – About The Role:
Responsible for leading and managing delivery of property investment, service & inspection and repairs services to parts of the property portfolio
Ensure timely delivery of services, ensure all properties are kept in a good condition within property strategy targets
Ensure compliance with commercial and contract management arrangements, ensuring the contractual obligations are met
Manage project performance and working with the quantity surveying team ensure robust financial forecasting, processing of valuations and contract instructions
Property Surveyor – Housing Association – What You Need:
3+ years experience of managing property activities in housing
Experience working within social housing maintenance and planned investment sector
