Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are working Housing Association to help them recruit a Rents and Service Charge Manager. The role offers hybrid, flexible working
Duties will include;

• Leading on the rent and services charges for the group
• Managing the rent and service charge setting annually for all new lettings and tenures
• Leading the rent and service charge team while managing the preparation of the groups rent and service charge income and expenditure budgets
• Ensuring rent and service charge review notices are appropriately served on all tenants and lease holders
• Liaising with external stakeholders to ensure all costs are correctly identified and income maximised
• Creating service charge budgets for new developments 

The successful candidate:

• A qualified accountant or possess appropriate experience
• In depth knowledge of rent and service charge legislation
