Interim Repairs and Voids Service Manager / Initial 6-month Contract / Housing Association:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Regional Housing Association to recruit an Interim Repairs and Voids Manager on an initial 6-month contract. This role offers hybrid working with office requirement 2/3 days a week. This position has an attractive and negotiable day rate.

Interim Repairs and Voids Service Manager – Housing Association – About The Role:

• Lead the operational delivery of repairs and voids internally, managing a team 4 delivery managers

• Work with the Repairs Contractor to improve customer service, joining up the Contact Centre, Repairs teams and Contractors to improve contract management

• Improve performance and deliver on key targets around repairs, voids, damp and mould and disrepair

Interim Repairs and Voids Service Manger – Housing Association – What You Need:

• Experience of managing change in a repairs environment focusing on customer outcomes

• Can lead and inspire a team through significant change
