Repairs Coordinator – Housing Association – About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association in Warrington who are looking to appoint a Repairs Coordinator on a 12 month initial contract with permanent positions to apply for at the end. This opportunity comes with a competitive hourly rate of £20 per hour through umbrella, for a 37-hour contract per week. This position offers flexible working hours with 5 days working on site.

Repairs Coordinator – Housing Association – About The Role:

  • Taking reports of repairs (damp & mould or disrepair) from customers via the inbox and logging them on internal systems.
  • Liaising with surveyors and contractors to co-ordinate repairs and maintenance requests.
  • Assisting with the day to day operations of keeping internal systems up to date.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries including complaints and ensuring they are logged and resolved/escalated when necessary.

Repairs  – Housing Association – What You Need:

  • Experience working within social housing repairs and maintenance
  • Experience working with housing or repairs CRM systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
