Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established organisation who are looking to appoint a Repairs Data Analyst for a temporary position based in the Stafford area

Repairs Data Analyst - About The Role:

• Ensure that the repairs data is up to date and reports are generated
• Manipulate and interrogate repairs data on a daily basis
• Present findings to Senior Management and liase with Repairs Surveyors
• Process and analyse KPI data

Repairs Data Analyst- What You Need:

• Experience in social housing (Repairs/Facilities management/Construction)
• Knowledge of Microsoft BI and SQL
• Experience dealing with stakeholders
