Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large public sector organisation in the North-West. They are looking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager to join them on a 3-6 month interim basis.

Role:

• Overseeing and developing budgets and forecasting for the management accounts team, including monthly accounts
• Liaising with budget holders and non-financial staff
• Responsible for reporting month end position to date
• Managing and supporting a small team of management accountants
• Identifying and acting on all cost reduction opportunities
• Variance analysis responsibilities

Person:

• Advanced in MS Excel and other systems
• Able to understand and present financial information
• Excellent communication skills
• Fully Qualified Accountant
