Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a client based in South Manchester in order to recruit a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk for a growing and fast-paced Public Sector organisation. The organisation has grown significantly and is looking for someone to become part of a developing team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of going permanent basis.

 

Role:

You will work closely with the managed business team to aid and co-ordinate the running of the specific function. 

Duties will include;

  • Co-ordinating a small team and helping manage a large quantity of invoices 
  • Dealing with customer queries and being able to use initiative to actively problem-solve
  • Processing Purchase Orders and project management 

 

Person:

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Experienced with invoices and purchase orders
  • Immediately available
