Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing Association in the North West in order to recruit a Systems Accountant for a 12 month fixed term contract (possibility for extension). This role offers hybrid working and a salary of £50,000 - £55,000.

Role:
You will have a key role to play in the development and improvement of systems across the organisation.
Duties will include;

  • Acting as the key link between IT colleagues and all significant financial systems issues and enhancement requests
  • Working with the Finance team colleagues to undertake process reviews with a view to improving efficiency through enhanced use of appropriate software solution
  • Developing automation processes to improve efficiencies
  • Building relationships across the business to enable projects to work smoothly and effectively
  • Ensuring that finance business systems and processes are aligned with the overall finance strategy

The successful candidate:

  • Used multiple financial and operational systems
  • Experience working within Social Housing
