Tenant Liaison Officer – Housing Association – About the Client:
Castlefield Recruitment is currently working with a well-established Housing provider in Greater Manchester, who is looking to appoint a Tenant Liaison Officer on a 6-month initial contract. This role is crucial for ensuring effective communication and collaboration between housing services and tenants during the capital works projects. The opportunity comes with a competitive hourly rate between £28-30 through an umbrella company, for a 37-hour contract per week.
Tenant Liaison Officer – Housing Association – About the Role:
- Provide effective customer liaison services on behalf of tenants, leaseholders, other residents and stakeholders with regard investment projects
- Contribute to the delivery of projects on time, within budget, to meet the needs of customers.
- Maintain effective records and information systems in support of customer liaison service delivery, service planning, KPI’s and benchmarking
- Organise and attend consultation events, meetings with residents and other stakeholders as necessary, which may involve out of hours working
- Attend and contribute to contractor progress meetings, review contractors’ performance and produce written reports and minutes as directed
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys upon completion of works
Tenant Liaison Officer – Housing Association – What You Need
- Previous employment as a Resident Liaison Officer or Tenant Liaison Officer
- Previous experience in Social Housing refurbishments
- Ability to work within a construction environment with knowledge of on-site operations.
- Driving Licence required
