Ashley joined Castlefield in 2022 and since joining the organisation he has spent his time learning the role and establishing himself as a Consultant. Ashley’s versatile nature and willingness to learn has enabled him to already start building a successful desk, mainly focusing on the recruitment of IT, Tech & Digital staff across the North West. With a firm foothold in the North West market, Ashley will look to continue growing his portfolio in the West Midlands and South West.
