About Chris

Chris joined Castlefield Recruitment back in 2014 and started as a Senior Consultant and has since worked his way up to the Divisional Lead of the NHS Finance and Local Authority Division. Prior to joining the organisation, Chris worked in recruitment for an additional two years providing him with a background that allowed him to hit the ground running when arriving at Castlefield.

Chris has established himself as an approachable, hard-working team player whose main priority is providing exceptional service to his clients. Chris has become a trusted recruitment partner for a number of organisations nationwide and has built numerous long-term working relationships. Under Chris’s excellent guidance, he has ensured his team provide tailor services to each of their clients, understanding their different needs in order to find the perfect individuals for the various roles. Chris has a particular focus on placing candidates in permanent and interim positions across the NHS.
