About Dan

Dan joined Castlefield in 2014 to set up our Social Housing Division and has since become Director. In the years prior to joining Castlefield, Dan specialised in Social Housing recruitment, placing individuals into roles throughout the social housing market across the UK.

During Dan’s time in the organisation he has flourished; his conscientious approach to recruitment has allowed him to become a highly trusted recruitment partner to clients nationwide and built long-term working relationships. Dan’s strong working relationships have been built on his hard working nature, allowing him to take pride in the quality of service he provides his clients. Today, Dan leads the Social Housing Division, and whilst he has clients nationwide, he primarily focuses on placing professionals into interim, contract and permanent roles throughout the Social Housing market across the North and the Midlands.
