Denaise joined Castlefield in 2018 as a Resourcer after leaving university. Castlefield was Denaise’s first step into recruitment and she hasn’t looked back since. Having been at the company for over 6 years, Denaise has worked alongside the Consultants finding suitable candidates for roles and leads for jobs, now predominantly focussing on corporate roles within the NHS - entry to VSM level.
Denaise’s dedication to her role and appreciation for Castlefield has enabled her to excel in her career and has since been promoted to Principal Resourcer. In combination with her excellent communication skills and attention to detail, Denaise has become an integral part of many divisions within Castlefield, having supported the vast majority of them throughout her time with the organisation.
