Lachlan joined Castlefield in 2024 as a Senior Consultant in our Social Housing Division. Prior to joining Castlefield, Lachlan developed his skills and experience in recruitment working in a large recruitment firm, where he was successful in gaining a reputation for filling niche IT roles. Lachlan has had a successful start at Castlefield, taking the time to understand the unique nature of the social housing sector, the job roles within it, and the challenges it faces. He has impressed clients by filling many difficult-to-fill roles and receiving impressive feedback from candidates for his attention to detail.
