Richard started at Castlefield in 2020 as a Principal Consultant and was promoted to Divisional Lead for the NHS Division in 2022. Prior to his time at Castlefield, Richard has spent 16 years recruiting HR & OD professionals for the NHS as well as working as a Governor at a Mental Health and Learning Disabilities NHS Trust.
Richard’s extensive experience working for and within the NHS has provided him with an in-depth understanding of its HR & OD market, making him the go-to for large scale recruitment projects, retained search as well as one-off contingent recruitment. His passion for the NHS and commitment to placing the right people in the right role drive Richard’s success and enables him to provide his clients with the best possible service. Richard’s transparent approach allows him to be open and honest with his clients, keeping them informed of everything he is doing and enabling them to fully trust him and the work he does.
