Tilly started at Castlefield in 2022 as a Recruitment Resourcer for our Part-Qualified Finance team. Since joining the organisation, Tilly has spent her time learning the role and successfully sourcing a number of candidates for an array of roles, and now recruits roles for all levels of finance for our Public Sector team. Tilly’s driven nature and respect for her team have enabled her to flourish, and she has become a great asset to the team. Today, Tilly mainly focuses on sourcing candidates for a variety of roles across the North West.
