Client:

 

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large public sector organisation in the Bradford area, who are looking to recruit an Administrator on a temporary basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to someone with administrative experience that is looking for a full time role to join the office team. There is also scope for reduced hours with the role.

 

Role:

The role will suit an experienced candidate who is immediately available for work. The position will be a temporary contract with the view of extension or permanent offer depending upon performance.

 

Duties will include:

  • Taking a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Checking, recording and passing payments, invoices and professional fees
  • Perform various administration duties including booking meetings, printing and photocopying
  • Updating and maintaining the internal database
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of data
  • Dealing with internal/external queries via email and phone

Person:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Previous educational experience would be preferable but candidates will be considered with public sector experience
  • Hold strong system skills
  • Administrative experience
