Client:

 

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a highly reputable organisation in the Wakefield area, who are looking to recruit an Administrator on a temporary basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to someone with administrative experience and financial awareness that is looking for a part time role to join the office team. There would be a possibility of permanent work in the future.

 

Role:

The role will suit an experienced candidate who is immediately available for work on a temporary basis.

 

Duties will include:

  • Taking a proactive approach to customer service
  • Reviewing documents such as salary income, P60, P64, rent statements and universal credit
  • Checking, recording and passing payments, invoices and professional fees
  • Perform various administration duties including booking meetings, printing and photocopying
  • Updating and maintaining the internal database
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of data
  • Dealing with internal/external queries via email and phone

Person:

  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Hold strong system skills
  • A good financial understanding
  • Administrative experience
