Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Liverpool based organisation to recruit a Buyer. The role will be onsite and focus on Construction, Estates and Facilities.

The Role:

• Responsibility for the procurement of works, goods and services
• Support the Head of Supply Chain and Category Managers across various areas
• Support in the implementation of procurement policies and procedures
• Provide training and advice to other areas of the business
• Contract and supplier relationship management
• Provide strategic solutions to enable the delivery of the organisations corporate plan

The Person:

• Procurement experience in Construction or Estates and Facilities
• Understanding of full procurement lifecycle
• Supplier relationship management experience
• Track record of delivering value for money
