Castlefield is proud to be partnering with a leading Private Healthcare provider to recruit a Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist on a permanent basis, based in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected organisation and play a pivotal role in shaping their clinical recruitment strategy. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in healthcare recruitment, working collaboratively with HR, Directors, and clinical teams to drive talent attraction, management, and data-led decision-making.

• Ideally Immediately Available Start or at most 1 month’s notice

Role Duties:

As the Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Analyse and report on hiring metrics to inform continuous improvement
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of specialist talent through direct sourcing and local partnerships
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing throughout every stage of the recruitment process
• Collaborate with the wider HR team on cross-functional projects
• Craft compelling job adverts and guide candidates seamlessly through the recruitment journey
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all clinical roles across the organisation
• Manage onboarding, compliance, and professional registration requirements for all new clinical hires
• Partner with senior business stakeholders and department leads to deliver effective workforce planning and resourcing strategies

Role Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A high level of professionalism and attention to detail
• A proactive, creative approach to resourcing, with experience managing both high-volume and specialist recruitment pipelines
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (Pro License)
• Proven clinical recruitment experience within the private healthcare sector
• The right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
