Community Coordinator | Part Time (25 Hours) | 9 month Contract | £15-£16ph | North of England
Castlefield are seeking a dedicated and compassionate passionate Coordinator who is passionate about making sure patient voices are heard and valued. This would someone that thrives in a role where people come first, and every day brings new connections, community impact, and meaningful conversations within a small, close-knit team.

Duties:

• Organising and hosting roadshows and static sessions across the region
• Recruiting and supporting patients, carers, and community members to share their experiences
• Acting as a key link between patients and project teams – ensuring their voices influence change
• Managing databases, meetings, logistics, and budgets with care and precision
• Promoting involvement opportunities via social media, networks, and events

Skills:

• A natural people person – empathetic, a good listener, and confident engaging with diverse communities
• Organised and proactive – someone who enjoys managing events, juggling tasks, and seeing things through
• Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a wider team
• Passionate about patient involvement and making a real difference
