Castlefield is proud to be partnering with a leading Private Healthcare provider to recruit a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected organisation and own the recruitment strategy for corporate functions (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Commercial). You’ll work closely with HR, Directors, and business leaders to drive talent attraction, workforce planning, and data-led decision making across the corporate landscape.

Role Duties:

As the Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Build direct-sourcing pipelines (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, market mapping, referrals) to reduce time-to-hire and agency spend
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing; implement structured, bias-aware selection methods and robust candidate care
  • Craft compelling job adverts and employer-brand content tailored to corporate audiences
  • Lead process improvements (interview frameworks, hiring manager training, assessment design) and support cross-functional HR projects
  • Maintain ATS excellence (workflow design, data quality, dashboards) and ensure compliant right-to-work and background checks
  • Manage agencies/PSL as needed, negotiating terms and monitoring performance against SLAs
  • Own end-to-end hiring across corporate functions, from brief and sourcing strategy to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver workforce planning, headcount prioritisation, and campaign-based hiring
  • Produce insightful hiring MI (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, DEI funnel data) and drive continuous improvement

Role Requirements:

  • A proactive, creative approach to resourcing across both high-volume and specialist/niche corporate roles
  • Data literacy—confident building and interpreting hiring reports to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Hands-on expertise with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter (Pro Licence)
  • Proven in-house corporate recruitment experience (ideally within private healthcare or another regulated, multi-site environment)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to influence senior leaders and align hiring with business goals
