Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Data Protection Officer to join an expanding organisation. The role is fully remote and interim, paying between £200 - £250 per day.

The Role:

• Oversee data subject access requests and overall data subject rights such as deletion requests
• Responsible for monitoring compliance with the GDPR
• Ensuring the personal data of staff, customers and providers is in compliance with the applicable data protection rules
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all data protection queries in the business
• Facilitate the recording, management of and responding to alleged data breaches

The Person:

• Proven experience in a previous Data Protection role
• Recognised Data Protection qualifications
• Experience in subject access requests and GDPR compliance
• Stakeholder management and customer service
