Employee Relations Advisor

Employee Relations Advisor | NHS | London | 3 months | £25 - £30ph

Castlefield Recruitment are working in partnership with a respected NHS Trust based in the London that requires an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to support them on a three month interim basis.

The post holder will play a key role in supporting managers across a full range of generalist HR casework. You will provide timely, expert advice and guidance on:

• Grievance procedures
• Performance management
• Sickness absence and health-related cases
• Workplace investigations and disciplinary processes

Therefore previous NHS experience is essential.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Playing a key role in supporting managers across a full range of generalist HR casework. You will provide timely, expert advice and guidance on:
• Resolving a high volume of grievance procedures
• Updating records on performance management
• Analysing sickness absence and health-related cases
• Conducting initial workplace investigations and disciplinary processes
