Finance Analyst

Financial Analyst | £31,500 - £35,000 | Fixed Term until March 2026

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a reputable organisation in the West Midlands who are looking to recruit a Finance Analyst to their team on a fixed term basis until March 2026, to support during a period of growth and change as they implement a new finance system. This role offers hybrid and flexible working and the opportunity to learn from other reputable sector professionals.

Duties:

• Analysing past and current financial data to assess trends and ensure value for money
• Writing and preparing financial reports and creating forecasts
• Reconciling control accounts and ensuring data is accurate
• Actively liaising and working with key stakeholders
• Monitoring and advising budget holders on financial regulations and compliance

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a similar position – Assistant Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant, Finance Analyst
• Advanced excel skills and strong financial system knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Available to start next assignment immediately or on short notice
