Finance Assistant

Finance Assistant | £23,500 - £24,500 | Permanent| Merseyside:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a public-sector organisation in North Liverpool who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to their team on a permanent basis.

Duties:

• Updating and maintaining financial spreadsheets, including high volumes of data and information
• Supporting the rent and service charge function, including analysis of service charge income and expenses
• Setting up and contacting suppliers to verify details and entering data to the financial system
• Dealing with and responding to customer queries

Experience:

• Previous experience in a Finance Assistant position is essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with people outside of the organisation
