Income Manager

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing association in the Cheshire area in order to recruit an Income Manager  on a permenant basis. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with Rents and Income experience looking to progress in a busy and challenging role. 

Duties will include;

• Dealing with all aspects of rent including social and affordable
• Liaising with tenants and other members of the team
• Debt recovery
• Assisting tenants with housing benefit claims

Person:

The successful candidate:

• Rents and Income experience
• Have knowledge of the housing or property sector
• Have excellent communication skills
