Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an Income Team Leader for a housing association based in Merseyside. The role is on a temporary contract until the end of March 2023, with the chance to become permanent, paying £23.96 per hour.
The role:
- To be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team including Income Officers, Court Officers and Administration Officers including the responsibility for their successful appointment, staff development, absence management and performance management.
- Motive, coach and develop team members to maximise income collection and deliver effectively against agreed key performance indicators
- To liaise with other Income Services teams, Housing Management and Support Network colleagues to ensure the most appropriate support and assistance is in place for customers with additional or complex needs.
The person:
- Proven track record of working income management
- Experience of working within social housing
