Locum Consultant Dermatologist

Locum Consultant Dermatologist | South West | £1,500 - £2,000 pd (outside IR35) | 12 months

Castlefield Recruitment have partnered with a Healthcare Organisation who are seeking an experienced and motivated Consultant in Dermatology to perform minor surgery. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing service that is central to the care of patients across the region.

Hours: Saturday and/or Sunday (8am - 5pm)

Rate: Expenses can be offered within the rates quoted

Duties:

• Providing expert care across a wide range of dermatological conditions.
• Conducting minor dermatological surgery, including incisions, grafts, and flaps
• Running dedicated skin cancer clinics and participating in the skin cancer MDT
• Supporting the diagnosis and management of complex inflammatory and autoimmune skin disorders
• Participating in service development, clinical governance

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Full GMC registration with licence to practise
• Be on the Specialist Register in Dermatology
• Proven experience in performing minor dermatological surgery, including advanced procedures
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Be flexible to work within a rota
