North Wales | up to £41,000 | Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner | 6 months interim | Hybrid:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a not-for-profit organisation in North Wales who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to their team on a interim basis to cover a secondment. The role offers hybrid working/flexi-time and exposure to a great industry.
Duties:
- Producing monthly management accounts and leading on the month end process
- Presenting reports to senior management to support with business decisions
- Provide support and advice for the wider business, including colleagues with a non-financial background
- Understand guidelines and regulations for financial reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
Experience:
- Previous experience working in the social housing sector (essential)
- Strong experience in management accounts
- Excellent budgeting and cashflow forecasting knowledge
- Advanced excel skills and strong financial system knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
