North Wales | up to £41,000 | Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner | 6 months interim | Hybrid:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a not-for-profit organisation in North Wales who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to their team on a interim basis to cover a secondment. The role offers hybrid working/flexi-time and exposure to a great industry.

Duties:

  • Producing monthly management accounts and leading on the month end process
  • Presenting reports to senior management to support with business decisions
  • Provide support and advice for the wider business, including colleagues with a non-financial background
  • Understand guidelines and regulations for financial reporting
  • Build and maintain relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders

Experience:

  • Previous experience working in the social housing sector (essential)
  • Strong experience in management accounts
  • Excellent budgeting and cashflow forecasting knowledge
  • Advanced excel skills and strong financial system knowledge
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
