Client:

 

Castlefield are working with an organisation as they look to recruit a personable Procurement Category Specialist to join their Procurement team. The position will be up to 12 months, covering maternity leave.

 

Duties will include:

 

  • Provide procurement support for strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of new procurement legislation
  • Develop and manage procurement processes – low-value
  • Gather information, conduct research, analyse data, and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders

 

The successful candidate will:

 

  • Public or Private Sector experience is required
  • Experience of managing and delivering procurement related processes and activities
  • A strong background in procurement, with a proactive mindset, willing to come in and hit the ground running
