Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Procurement Manager position for a dynamic Estate Agency and Lettings Company based in North London.
Our client is a fast-growing provider of nightly-let and emergency accommodation services with strong operational delivery experience and excellent relationships built across the Public Sector.
The Role:
- Lead on sourcing, negotiating and managing contracts with Central and Local Government bodies
- Develop strong links with Council’s in-house procurement teams and identifying and securing new tender opportunities
- Prepare bids and submissions, negotiate terms and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Work closely with landlords and property owners to secure quality stock
- Track performance, KPIs and budgets – providing updates to the senior management team
The Person:
- Proven experience in Public Sector procurement, ideally with housing, accommodation or related services
- Commercial acumen and a willingness to provide high standards
- Strong understanding of frameworks and government tendering
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Track record of securing or managing tenders/contracts for Public Sector organisations
