Project Coordinator | Manchester (Hybrid) £15 - £18ph
Castlefield are looking to support a Healthcare Organisation in the recruitment of a Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring our projects run smoothly and deliver tangible results. Acting as the custodian of project information, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to scope, initiate and deliver projects that align with agreed standards, timelines, and budgets.
You’ll coordinate complex, interdependent project activities while ensuring that governance protocols are met and communication flows effectively between all involved parties—internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of coordination for project information, risks, and progress tracking, maintain accurate project documentation, records, reports, and knowledge assets in line with governance requirement
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, reports, and knowledge assets in line with governance requirements.
- Track project timelines, milestones, resources, and tasks to ensure effective project planning and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, reporting regularly to the Project or Programme Manager.
- Coordinate and support project meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, materials, and communications.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Maintain and update risk and issue logs, escalating concerns as appropriate to support proactive management.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a project/programme management or coordination role
- Knowledge of healthcare or healthcare transformation projects is an advantage
- Proficient in project management tools and reporting
