About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Sales Support Account Manager to join a leading B2B technology and electrical solutions provider. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts, providing exceptional service and proactive support to maximize sales opportunities and maintain strong, long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for allocated accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key contacts.
  • Manage incoming orders, queries, and service requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Identify and prospect potential new customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to develop new business opportunities, while also having the ability to prospect independently.
  • Generate and distribute B2B CRM-based reports for sales performance and pipeline tracking.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, sales support, or customer service.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
