Castlefield Recruitment are currently partnered with an NHS organisation in London to recruit a Senior Buyer on a permanent basis. The Senior Buyer will work within the Estates and Facilities Procurement team, working on end-to-end procurements and managing stakeholder expectations.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week on-site. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that tendering and contract management processes are undertaken in accordance organisational policy
  • Establish and maintain expertise within the Estates/FM category area in the procurement of major goods and services
  • Provide support and advice on developing contract and tender specifications to budget holders and stakeholders
  • Contribute to specifications and develop tender and contract documents, including establishing the evaluation matrix
  • Be the key point of contact between suppliers and service providers
  • Act as the Procurement representative at tender evaluation meetings, tender adjudications and clarification meetings wherever necessary

Requirements:

  • End to end Public Sector experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Stakeholder management
  • Level 4 CIPS
