Stock Condition Surveyor – Housing Association – About The Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a permanent Stock Condition Surveyor for a Merseyside based Housing Association. The role offers £37,000 - £39,000 per annum including car allowance. Stock Condition Surveyor - Housing Association – About The Role:
- Undertake comprehensive Condition Surveys on the housing stock, other properties/land; and external environments to support the development of future programmes of work
- Undertake assessment of health and safety issues using the Decent Homes HHSRS framework, raise remedial works and improvements identified at survey
- Assist in the research and provision of any data that is required to ensure the Asset Management Database is regularly updated
Stock Condition Surveyor – Housing Association – What You Need:
- Detailed knowledge of property surveying, decent homes standard and HHSRS assessments
- Experience of collecting and analysing buildings condition data
