The Challenge

FCHO are a housing association formed to benefit their local community and are investing over £160 million in building homes for local people over the next six years, with an aim to build 850 homes in the area providing homes for around 3500 people. Following a recent restructure and expansion of their finance team, FCHO had 4 crucial vacancies to fill:
